You’ll Need
1 whole Camembert (around 250g)
1 tbsp hot honey
1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped walnuts
1 tbsp olive oil
Freshly cracked black pepper
To Serve
Warm crusty baguette, sliced
Apple slices
Red grapes
Optional but Dangerous
Crispy pancetta pieces
Chilli flakes
Fig chutney
Extra hot honey
Method
Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
Remove the Camembert from its plastic wrapping and place it back into its wooden box.
If it didn't come in a wooden box, place it into a small oven-safe dish.
Using a sharp knife, score a shallow criss-cross pattern across the top of the cheese.
Drizzle over the olive oil, then scatter over the chopped rosemary, walnuts and a little black pepper.
Air fry at 180°C for 8–10 minutes until the cheese feels soft in the centre and the top has started to colour lightly.
Warm the hot honey for a few seconds, then drizzle generously over the baked Camembert.
Finish with an extra sprinkle of rosemary and, if using, a pinch of chilli flakes.
Serve immediately with warm crusty bread, apple slices and grapes for dipping.
