Workshop Lessons
Pick A Skill
Start with foil and airflow, then work through dishes, oils, timings, coatings, sauces and troubleshooting.

Learn The Machine, Then Bend It To Your Will
Most air fryer disasters come from the same handful of mistakes: overcrowding, too much moisture, wrong dish, wrong temperature, sauce added too early, or trying to crisp food that is trapped inside steam.
These lessons are built to fix that. No waffle. No influencer nonsense. Just proper working knowledge you can use every time you cook.

The Big Air Fryer Rule
If you remember nothing else, remember this: air fryers cook by moving hot air. Block the air, overcrowd the basket, drown everything in sauce too early, or trap crisp food in steam, and the machine cannot save you.
Give food space, control moisture, use the right tray, and finish with heat when you want colour. That is the difference between “it’ll do” and “that’s going on the site.”
