Air-Fryer Brisket Mac Loaded Garlic Bread

This is not a side dish anymore. This is what happens when somebody looks at garlic bread, macaroni cheese, and smoked brisket and decides all

Air-Fryer Brisket Mac Loaded Garlic Bread
Air-Fryer Brisket Mac Loaded Garlic Bread preparation stage

You’ll Need

1 large garlic baguette or garlic bread loaf
250g cooked brisket, shredded
300g prepared macaroni cheese
100g grated mature cheddar
100g grated mozzarella

Brisket Seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper

To Finish
2 tbsp BBQ sauce
2 spring onions, sliced

Optional But Dangerous
Crispy onions
Jalapeños
Chipotle mayo
Extra brisket

Method

Preheat your air fryer to 190°C.

Slice the garlic bread in half lengthways.

Lightly toast the garlic bread in the air fryer for 3–4 minutes.

Toss the brisket with the smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Spread the macaroni cheese generously across the garlic bread halves.

Scatter over the seasoned brisket.

Top with the cheddar and mozzarella.

Place back into the air fryer.

Air fry at 190°C for 5–7 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbling, and lightly browned.

Drizzle over the BBQ sauce.

Finish with spring onions, crispy onions, jalapeños, or chipotle mayo if using.

Slice into thick portions and serve immediately while still molten.

Lad Tip: The trick is to toast the garlic bread first. If you skip that step, the mac and cheese wins the battle and your garlic bread turns into edible insulation instead of something gloriously crunchy.
