Air-Fryer Christmas Loaded Yorkshire Puddings

At some point between Christmas Day and Boxing Day, somebody always looks at the leftover Yorkshire puddings and gets an idea. This is that idea..

Air-Fryer Christmas Loaded Yorkshire Puddings preparation stage

You’ll Need

8 large Yorkshire puddings
250g cooked turkey, shredded
100g stuffing, crumbled
75g mature cheddar, grated
2 tbsp cranberry sauce
100ml hot gravy
1 tsp black pepper
2 spring onions, sliced

Optional But Dangerous
Pigs in blankets, chopped
Brie cubes

Extra gravy

Method

Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.

Place the Yorkshire puddings into the air fryer basket.

Warm for 3–4 minutes until lightly crisp.

Meanwhile, mix the turkey, stuffing, black pepper, and half the cheese together.

Carefully fill each Yorkshire pudding generously with the turkey mixture.

Dot over small amounts of cranberry sauce.

Top with the remaining cheese.

Return to the air fryer.

Cook at 180°C for 4–5 minutes until the cheese melts and starts bubbling.

Remove carefully.

Drizzle over a little hot gravy.

Finish with sliced spring onions.

Serve immediately while hot, cheesy, and gloriously overloaded.

Perfect as party food, Boxing Day lunch, or festive buffet centrepieces.

Lad Tip: Yorkshire puddings are basically edible bowls waiting for an opportunity. If you've got leftover Christmas dinner in the fridge, chances are it belongs inside a Yorkshire pudding somewhere. The only real mistake is not making enough.
