Air-Fryer Christmas Nacho Sharing Tray

Christmas leftovers have two choices. Be sensible. Or become this. Crispy tortilla chips. Turkey. Cheese. Stuffing. Cranberry sauce. Gravy. Everything.

Air-Fryer Christmas Nacho Sharing Tray preparation stage

You’ll Need

200g tortilla chips
250g cooked turkey, shredded
100g stuffing, crumbled
100g mature cheddar, grated
75g mozzarella, grated
2 tbsp cranberry sauce
3 tbsp hot gravy
2 spring onions, sliced
1 tsp black pepper

Optional But Dangerous
Pigs in blankets, chopped
Brie cubes

Extra gravy

Method

Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.

Place half the tortilla chips into a heatproof tray.

Scatter over half the turkey and stuffing.

Add half the cheddar and mozzarella.

Repeat the layers with the remaining chips, turkey, stuffing, and cheese.

Dot the cranberry sauce across the top.

Drizzle over a little gravy.

Air fry at 180°C for 4–6 minutes until the cheese is completely melted and bubbling.

Remove carefully.

Finish with spring onions and black pepper.

Serve immediately while hot, messy, and structurally questionable.

Put extra gravy and cranberry sauce on the table for maximum festive destruction.

Lad Tip: The trick is not drowning everything in gravy before cooking. The chips need to stay crunchy underneath. Add most of the gravy afterwards and you'll get all the festive flavour without creating Christmas-flavoured cement.
