350g cooked roast turkey, sliced or shredded
8 slices mature Cheddar
6 rashers smoked streaky bacon, cooked
4 tbsp whole cranberry sauce
Sage Butter
40g butter, melted
1 garlic clove, finely grated
1 tsp dried sage
½ tsp onion powder
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
To Finish
2 tbsp grated Parmesan
Fresh cracked black pepper
Optional but Dangerous
Bread and butter pickles
Hot honey
Ranch dressing
Crispy fried onions
Turkey gravy for dipping

Method

Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.

Slice the cornbread rolls in half without separating them completely if using a connected tray of rolls.

Lay the turkey evenly across the bottom halves.

Add the cooked bacon.

Spoon small amounts of cranberry sauce over the turkey.

Lay a slice of Cheddar onto each slider.

Replace the tops.

Mix together the melted butter, garlic, sage, onion powder and parsley.

Brush the tops generously with the sage butter.

Sprinkle over the Parmesan and a little cracked black pepper.

Place the sliders into the air fryer and cook for 6–8 minutes, until the tops are golden, the cheese has melted and the filling is piping hot.

Slice apart and serve immediately.

Lad Tip: These are unbelievable dipped into hot turkey gravy. It sounds completely over the top—and it absolutely is—but once you've tried it, plain sandwiches suddenly feel like they're not making enough effort.
