Air-Fryer Cranberry Glazed Cocktail Sausages

If Christmas parties had an official mascot, it would probably be a cocktail sausage. Small. Dangerous. Completely impossible to stop eating. These.

You’ll Need

500g cocktail sausages
2 tbsp cranberry sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp wholegrain mustard
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp olive oil

Optional But Dangerous

Extra cranberry sauce
Chilli flakes
Fresh parsley

Method

Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.

Place the cocktail sausages into a bowl.

Add the cranberry sauce, honey, wholegrain mustard, black pepper, and olive oil.

Mix thoroughly until every sausage is coated.

Transfer to the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Air fry at 200°C for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.

As the glaze begins to caramelise, the sausages will darken and become beautifully sticky.

For maximum Christmas buffet energy, give them a final 2-minute blast at 205°C.

Remove carefully and transfer to a serving bowl.

Spoon over any remaining glaze from the basket.

Serve immediately while hot and sticky.

Lad Tip: Always make double. Nobody has ever eaten one cranberry-glazed cocktail sausage and decided they were finished. These are the festive equivalent of "just one more" and that's usually how the entire bowl disappears.
