Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into 8 long strips.
Spread a thin line of cranberry sauce down the centre of each strip.
Scatter over the chopped white chocolate, orange zest and chopped pecans.
Fold each strip lengthways to enclose the filling, pressing gently to seal.
Twist each strip several times to create loose spirals.
Brush each twist with the beaten egg.
Arrange the twists in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
Air fry for 9–11 minutes, until puffed, deeply golden and beautifully crisp.
Whisk together the icing sugar, maple syrup, vanilla and enough milk to make a smooth drizzle.
Allow the twists to cool for 2 minutes, then drizzle generously with the maple icing.
Finish with extra chopped pecans and a little fresh orange zest.
Serve warm or just slightly cooled.
