You’ll Need
4 large floury bread rolls
4 pork sausage patties
4 rashers smoked streaky bacon
4 frozen hash browns
4 eggs
120g mature cheddar, sliced or grated
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp cracked black pepper
For The Pitmaster BBQ Sauce
3 tbsp smoky BBQ sauce
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Optional But Dangerous
Black pudding
Crispy fried onions
Hash brown crumbs
Hot sauce
Method
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
Season the sausage patties with the smoked paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
Place the sausage patties, bacon, and hash browns into the air fryer basket.
Cook for 10–12 minutes, turning the sausage patties and bacon halfway through, until the bacon is crisp, the
hash browns are golden, and the sausages are cooked through.
Meanwhile, mix together the BBQ sauce, maple syrup, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.
Cook the eggs to your liking in a small air fryer-safe dish or separately in a frying pan if preferred.
Warm the bread rolls in the air fryer for 1–2 minutes.
Slice the rolls open.
Spread a little of the BBQ sauce over both halves.
Layer in a hash brown, sausage patty, cheddar, crispy bacon, and fried egg.
Drizzle over a little more BBQ sauce.
Finish with black pudding, crispy fried onions, or hot sauce if using.
Serve immediately while everything is hot, cheesy, and gloriously overstuffed.
