You’ll Need
1kg chicken wings
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp chilli flakes
For The Garlic Butter
50g butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, finely grated
1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
For The Ranch Drizzle
4 tbsp ranch dressing
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp cracked black pepper
Optional But Dangerous
Spring onions
Crispy bacon bits
Jalapeños
Celery sticks
Method
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
Pat the wings completely dry with kitchen paper.
Place them into a large bowl with the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, black
pepper, and chilli flakes.
Mix thoroughly until every wing is evenly coated.
Arrange the wings in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
Cook for 22–25 minutes, turning halfway through, until deeply golden with beautifully crisp skin.
Meanwhile, mix together the melted butter, grated garlic, and chopped parsley.
As soon as the wings come out of the air fryer, pour over the garlic butter and toss until every wing is coated.
Arrange the wings on a serving platter and drizzle lightly with the ranch dressing.
Finish with spring onions, crispy bacon bits, jalapeños, or celery sticks if using.
Serve immediately while the wings are still sizzling hot and the ranch stays cool and creamy.
