Method
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
Lightly spray the fries with oil and cook for 16–20 minutes, shaking every 5–6 minutes until beautifully crisp and golden.
Transfer the cooked fries into a large foil tray or ovenproof dish that fits inside the air fryer.
Scatter the shredded turkey evenly over the fries.
Add the stuffing pieces and chopped bacon.
Sprinkle over the Cheddar and mozzarella until everything is generously covered.
Return to the air fryer at 180°C for 4–5 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling.
Warm the turkey gravy and drizzle it generously over the tray.
Spoon over small dollops of cranberry sauce.
Finish with the crispy fried onions, spring onions and chopped parsley.
Serve immediately while the cheese is molten, the gravy is piping hot and the fries are still beautifully crisp underneath.
