Air-Fryer Mini Yorkshire Pudding Roast Beef Bites preparation stage

You’ll Need

12 mini ready-made Yorkshire puddings
150g cooked roast beef, sliced thin
2 tbsp horseradish sauce
2 tbsp gravy
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Black pepper

Optional But Dangerous
Extra roast beef

Extra gravy
Crispy onions

Method

Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.

Place the Yorkshire puddings into the air fryer basket.

Warm for 3–4 minutes until lightly crisp.

Meanwhile, cut or fold the roast beef into bite-sized pieces.

Remove the Yorkshire puddings carefully.

Add a small amount of horseradish sauce into each one.

Top with roast beef.

Spoon over a tiny drizzle of warm gravy.

Finish with parsley and a little black pepper.

Return to the air fryer for 1–2 minutes just to warm everything through.

Serve immediately while warm.

Perfect for Christmas parties, Boxing Day buffets, or standing in the kitchen stealing them before guests arrive.

Lad Tip: The secret is restraint with the gravy. Too much and the Yorkshire puddings go soft. Just enough gravy to add flavour means they stay crisp, edible, and dangerously moreish.
