Air-Fryer Pork Schnitzel Bites
Air-Fryer Pork Schnitzel Bites preparation stage

You’ll Need

500g pork loin steaks, cut into bite-sized strips
60g plain flour
2 eggs, beaten
100g breadcrumbs
40g grated parmesan
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp black pepper
Oil spray
To Finish
Lemon wedges
Fresh parsley
Optional but Dangerous
Garlic mayo
Honey mustard dip
Loaded fries
Pickles

Method

1 - Preheat your air fryer to 200°C. 2 - Pat the pork strips dry with kitchen paper. 3 - Place the flour into one bowl. 4 - Beat the eggs in a second bowl. 5 - In a third bowl combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. 6 - Dip each pork strip into the flour, then egg, then coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture. 7 - Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil. 8 - Arrange the pork strips in a single layer and spray the tops lightly with oil. 9 - Air fry at 200°C for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through, until deeply golden and crispy. 10 - For extra crunch, give them a final 1–2 minutes at 205°C. 11 - Finish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately with dipping sauces and absolutely no patience.

Lad Tip: The trick is not overcrowding the basket. Schnitzel wants airflow. Cram everything together and you'll get steamed breadcrumbs instead of proper crunchy pork. Give them room and they'll reward you with that beautiful pub-platter crunch everybody's chasing.
