Air-Fryer Roast Beef Yorkshire Wraps

This is what happens when somebody looks at a roast dinner and decides plates are slowing things down. Roast beef. Yorkshire puddings. Horseradish..

Air-Fryer Roast Beef Yorkshire Wraps preparation stage

You’ll Need

8 ready-made Yorkshire puddings
250g cooked roast beef, sliced thin
2 tbsp horseradish sauce
100ml hot gravy
75g mature cheddar, grated
1 tsp black pepper
Small handful rocket or watercress

Optional But Dangerous
Extra roast beef
Crispy onions

Extra gravy for dipping

Method

Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.

Warm the Yorkshire puddings in the air fryer for 3–4 minutes until lightly crisp.

Place the warmed Yorkshire puddings into a bowl and crush lightly with a fork.

Add the sliced roast beef, horseradish sauce, black pepper, and half the gravy.

Mix gently until everything comes together.

Lay out four large wraps.

Divide the mixture evenly between them.

Scatter over the grated cheddar and rocket.

Roll tightly into wrap shapes.

Place seam-side down into the air fryer basket.

Air fry at 190°C for 4–5 minutes until lightly crisp outside and the cheese has melted.

Remove carefully and slice in half.

Serve immediately with the remaining hot gravy for dipping.

Lad Tip: This is not delicate food. Gravy will escape. Beef will fall out. Somebody will need a napkin. That's how you know you've built it correctly. A roast dinner wrap should feel slightly out of control from the very first bite.
