1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp black pepper
To Finish
50g crispy onions
2 spring onions, sliced
Optional But Dangerous
Jalapeños
Chipotle mayo

Method
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
Add the fries to the basket and cook for 8 minutes.
In a foil tray, combine the beef mince, onion, olive oil, smoked paprika, chilli powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Air fry the beef mixture at 190°C for 10–12 minutes, stirring halfway through.
During the final 10 minutes of the fries cooking, add the sausages to the basket.
Cook until the fries are crisp and the sausages are deeply browned.
Slice the sausages into chunky rounds.
Transfer the fries into a large serving tray.
Spoon over the chilli beef mixture.
Scatter over the sliced sausages.
Cover with cheddar and mozzarella.
Return to the air fryer at 180°C for 3–4 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Finish with crispy onions and spring onions.
Add jalapeños, chipotle mayo, BBQ sauce, or pickles if using.
Serve immediately while still molten and gloriously overcomplicated.
