½ tsp chilli flakes

2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Method
Preheat your air fryer to 190°C.
Pat the chicken quarters completely dry with kitchen paper.
Rub with the olive oil.
Mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and chilli flakes.
Coat the chicken thoroughly on all sides.
Place skin-side down into the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 15 minutes.
Turn the chicken over so the skin faces upwards.
Continue cooking for another 12–15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crisp.
While the chicken cooks, mix together the honey, wholegrain mustard, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
During the final 5 minutes of cooking, brush the chicken generously with the glaze.
Return to the fryer until the glaze becomes sticky, dark, and lightly caramelised.
Rest for 3 minutes before serving.
Serve hot with corn, pickles, and plenty of napkins.
