You’ll Need
8 smoked pork sausages or kielbasa
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
For The Sweet Heat Glaze
3 tbsp smoky BBQ sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Optional But Dangerous
Spring onions
Sliced jalapeños
Sesame seeds
Garlic mayo
Method
Preheat your air fryer to 190°C.
Cut the sausages into thick bite-sized chunks.
Place them into a bowl with the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Mix until evenly coated.
Arrange the sausage pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until browned with lightly charred edges.
Meanwhile, whisk together the BBQ sauce, honey, sweet chilli sauce, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce,
chilli flakes, and apple cider vinegar.
Transfer the cooked sausage pieces into a foil tray or heatproof dish.
Pour over the glaze and toss until every piece is coated.
Return to the air fryer for 4–5 minutes at 190°C until the glaze thickens, bubbles, and becomes beautifully
sticky.
Give everything one final toss before serving.
Finish with spring onions, jalapeños, or sesame seeds if using.
Serve immediately while they're still sizzling.
