AIR-FRYER THANKSGIVING PIZZA TOASTS preparation stage

You’ll Need

For the Toasts
4 thick slices sourdough or farmhouse bread
30g softened butter
2 garlic cloves, finely grated
1 tsp dried parsley
250g cooked roast turkey, shredded
80g stuffing, crumbled
6 rashers smoked streaky bacon, cooked and chopped
120g mature Cheddar, grated
50g mozzarella, grated
3 tbsp whole cranberry sauce
Fresh cracked black pepper
To Finish
2 spring onions, finely sliced
20g grated Parmesan
Fresh thyme leaves
Optional but Dangerous
Hot honey drizzle
Ranch dressing
Crispy fried onions
Turkey gravy for dipping
Jalapeños

Method

Preheat your air fryer to 190°C.

Mix together the softened butter, grated garlic and dried parsley.

Spread the garlic butter generously over each slice of bread.

Scatter the shredded turkey evenly over the bread.

Sprinkle over the crumbled stuffing and chopped bacon.

Spoon small dollops of cranberry sauce across each toast.

Cover generously with the mature Cheddar and mozzarella.

Finish with a little cracked black pepper.

Arrange the pizza toasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Air fry for 6–8 minutes, until the bread is crisp underneath and the cheese is bubbling, melted and lightly golden.

Finish with the Parmesan, spring onions and fresh thyme.

Serve immediately while the cheese is still stretching and the bread is beautifully crisp.

Lad Tip: Don't overload the bread with cranberry sauce. A few small dollops are all you need. Too much and the toast softens underneath. You want crisp garlic bread carrying molten cheese, not a Thanksgiving puddle.
