You’ll Need

2 large flatbreads or naan breads
250g cooked turkey, shredded
150g Brie, sliced
3 tbsp cranberry sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried thyme

Optional But Dangerous
Extra Brie
Stuffing crumbs
Rocket leaves

Hot gravy for dipping

Method

Preheat your air fryer to 190°C.

Lay the flatbreads onto a board.

Brush lightly with olive oil.

Scatter the shredded turkey evenly over each flatbread.

Dot the cranberry sauce across the top.

Arrange the Brie slices evenly over everything.

Season with black pepper and thyme.

Place carefully into the air fryer basket.

Air fry at 190°C for 5–7 minutes until the Brie has melted, the edges are crisp, and everything is beautifully golden.

Remove carefully.

Allow to cool for 1 minute.

Slice into wedges and serve immediately.

Perfect as festive party food, Boxing Day lunch, or emergency Christmas-week comfort food.

Lad Tip: Brie and cranberry are basically Christmas royalty at this point. Add leftover stuffing crumbs over the top before cooking and you'll accidentally create one of the best festive flatbreads you'll ever eat.
