Air-Fryer Turkish Delight Brownie Pots

Easy air-fryer turkish delight brownie pots with measured UK ingredients, practical timings and full Sweet Munch flavour.

Dark, fudgy brownie pots with soft rose-flavoured Turkish delight melting through the middle. Floral, chocolate-heavy and far less polite than the little dusted cubes suggest.

You’ll Need

100g dark chocolate
65g plain flour
90g butter
20g cocoa powder
90g caster sugar
100g rose Turkish delight, chopped
2 eggs
1/2 tsp rose water
To Finish
Icing sugar
Chopped pistachios
Optional But Dangerous
Chocolate sauce
Vanilla ice cream

Method

Preheat the air fryer to 160°C and lightly grease four ramekins.

Melt the dark chocolate and butter together until smooth.

Whisk in the caster sugar, then beat in the eggs one at a time.

Fold through the flour, cocoa and rose water.

Stir in two-thirds of the Turkish delight.

Divide between the ramekins and press the remaining pieces into the tops.

Air fry at 160°C for 10-13 minutes until set at the edges with soft centres.

Rest for 4 minutes, then finish with icing sugar and pistachios.

Lad Tip: Go carefully with rose water. Half a teaspoon says Turkish delight; half a bottle says somebody sprayed perfume into the pudding.
