Method
1 - Preheat your air fryer to 200°C. 2 - Pat the pork steaks dry with kitchen paper. 3 - Rub both sides with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and rosemary. 4 - Place the pork steaks into the air fryer basket in a single layer. 5 - Air fry at 200°C for 6 minutes. 6 - Turn the steaks and cook for another 5–6 minutes. 7 - While the pork cooks, add the cider, mustard, honey, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and smoked paprika to a small saucepan. 8 - Simmer gently for 6–8 minutes until reduced by roughly half and slightly syrupy. 9 - Brush the pork steaks generously with the glaze. 10 - Return to the air fryer for 3–4 minutes at 190°C until the glaze becomes sticky and beautifully caramelised. 11 - Allow the pork to rest for 2–3 minutes before serving. 12 - Finish with fresh parsley and a few thin apple slices if using. Serve immediately with roasted potatoes and anything capable of carrying extra glaze.
