Air-Fryer Biscoff Stuffed Danish Swirls

Sweet Munch Recipe

Air-Fryer Biscoff Stuffed Danish Swirls

Air-fryer biscoff stuffed danish swirls from Sweet Munch, built for hot pastry, molten centres, sticky sugar and proper dessert chaos.

Crisp round the edges, soft underneath, and dangerously sweet in the middle. These feel like something you’d point at behind a bakery counter and then immediately regret not ordering two of. They look impressive. They are not difficult. This is pure cheat-pastry confidence.

Air-Fryer Biscoff Stuffed Danish Swirls preparation stage

You’ll Need

Ready-rolled puff pastry
Biscoff spread

Optional but Encouraged
Melted butter or egg wash
Icing sugar
Crushed biscuits for topping

Method

1 - Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 3–5 minutes.

2 - Unroll the puff pastry onto a board.

3 - Spread a generous but even layer of Biscoff over the pastry. Go close to the edges but don’t drown it.

4 - Roll the pastry up tightly from the long edge into a log.

5 - Slice into thick swirls, about two fingers wide.

6 - Lightly grease the air fryer basket or line it with baking paper.

7 - Place the swirls flat in the basket, leaving space between them to puff.

8 - Brush lightly with melted butter or egg wash if using.

9 - Air fry at 180°C for 10–12 minutes until puffed, deeply golden, and crisp on the edges.

10 - Remove carefully and let them cool for a minute — the filling will be molten. Dust with icing sugar before serving if you’re feeling polite.

Lad Tip: If Biscoff leaks out and caramelises, that’s not a mistake. Eat that one first. These are unreal with a coffee or eaten straight off the tray. Don’t overcook — Danish should be flaky, not dry. Best fresh. Reheating works, but nothing beats first contact.
