1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Method
1 - Preheat your air fryer to 200°C. 2 - Toss the pork cubes with the olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. 3 - Wrap each pork cube tightly with a piece of streaky bacon. 4 - Secure with cocktail sticks if needed. 5 - Place the bacon-wrapped pork bites into the air fryer basket in a single layer. 6 - Air fry at 200°C for 12–14 minutes, turning halfway through, until the bacon starts crisping and the pork is cooked through. 7 - While they cook, mix together the honey, wholegrain mustard, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. 8 - Brush the pork bites generously with the glaze. 9 - Return to the air fryer for 3–4 minutes until the glaze becomes sticky and caramelised. 10 - Finish with fresh parsley and extra black pepper. Serve immediately while hot, sticky, and impossible to leave alone.
