Air-Fryer Rustic Lamb Chops with Rosemary & Paprika preparation stage

You’ll Need

8 lamb chops
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp black pepper
Juice of half a lemon

Optional but Dangerous
Patatas bravas
Crusty bread
Aioli
Glass of Rioja

Method

Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.

In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.

Coat the lamb chops thoroughly and leave to marinate for 15–20 minutes if you’ve got time.

Place the chops into the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Air fry at 200°C for 8 minutes.

Turn the chops and cook for another 5–7 minutes depending on thickness and how pink you like them.

For extra Castilian fire-cooked energy, blast for a final 1–2 minutes at 205°C.

Rest for 3 minutes before serving.

Serve immediately with potatoes, bread, or aioli if using.

Lad Tip: According to Manuel, lamb only needs three things: good seasoning, proper heat, and somebody sensible stopping you from overcooking it. Once lamb goes dry, even Spain can't save it.
