Preheat for 3–5 minutes, cook for 10–14 minutes, then rest for 5 minutes. The preheat and rest are not included in cooking time.
Practical note: Take the skillet out while the centre is still soft; the 5-minute rest finishes setting the edges.

- 1 - Preheat your air fryer to 170°C for 3–5 minutes.
- 2 - Melt the butter gently and allow it to cool slightly.
- 3 - Stir the brown sugar and caster sugar into the butter until combined.
- 4 - Beat in the egg until the mixture is glossy and thick.
- 5 - Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder until just combined.
- 6 - Fold through all three types of chocolate chunks generously.
- 7 - Grease a small oven-safe skillet or foil tray that fits your air fryer.
- 8 - Press the cookie dough evenly into the skillet, keeping it thick.
- 9 - Place into the air fryer and cook at 170°C for 10–14 minutes until the edges are set and the centre is still soft.
- 10 - Remove and let it sit for 5 minutes. It will continue setting around the edges but stay molten inside. Serve warm, straight from the dish.
