Bread Story
If you love an Everything Bagel, you'll love this even more. Instead of making individual bagels, this recipe turns those famous flavours into one soft, pull-apart loaf. Loaded with garlic, onion, sesame, poppy seeds and finished with a beautifully golden crust, it's perfect for breakfast, sandwiches or simply warm with plenty of butter.

Method
In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, caster sugar and sea salt.
Add the warm water and olive oil, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Cover and leave to rise for approximately 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Shape the dough into a round loaf and place onto baking paper.
Leave to prove for another 30 minutes.
Mix together all of the Everything topping ingredients.
Brush the loaf generously with the beaten egg.
Sprinkle the topping evenly over the entire loaf, gently pressing it into the surface so it sticks during baking.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
Air fry for 22–26 minutes, until deep golden brown with a crisp crust and a hollow sound when tapped underneath.
Cool on a wire rack for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
