Bread Story
This isn't a side dish. This is the reason people mysteriously stop eating the main course. A crusty artisan loaf loaded with rich garlic butter, bubbling mozzarella, mature Cheddar and Parmesan, then finished with herbs and baked until every slice pulls apart in long strings of molten cheese. It's gloriously over the top—and that's exactly the point.

Method
Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix together the softened butter, garlic, parsley, chives, oregano, chilli flakes and black pepper.
Using a serrated bread knife, cut deep diagonal slices through the loaf without cutting all the way through the
base.
Turn the loaf and repeat in the opposite direction to create a criss-cross pattern.
Spread the garlic butter generously into every cut.
Push the mozzarella and mature Cheddar deep into every opening.
Sprinkle the Parmesan over the entire loaf, making sure it falls into the gaps.
Loosely wrap the base of the loaf in foil to stop it over-browning.
Air fry for 10–14 minutes, until the cheese is completely melted, bubbling and lightly golden.
Remove from the fryer, drizzle lightly with olive oil, scatter over extra Parmesan and fresh parsley, then serve
immediately.
